Big announcement: 3 new cause-specific teams!

💥 All three new cause-specific teams are launching their first main events! You can join the chats linked on the pages below to stay up to date with teams you're interested in, after which we'll keep most team-specific announcements in these chats.

🌱 Alternative Protein Team: eliminate factory farming by researching alternative sources of protein

  • February 8: After "The End of Meat" lunch lecture in collaboration with Studium Generale and VSA Eindhoven, there will be an after program from 13:30 - 15:15 in Auditorium room 15 (no sign-up necessary, but the calendar event is in our Google Calendar) with an extended Q&A and discussion about the most impactful things students and faculty at this university can do to tackle animal suffering.

  • This includes the launch of the Eindhoven Alternative Protein Team, a new student initiative at TU/e that seeks to help enable this goal. There will also be a dinner where you can more informally discuss these topics and taste the Impossible Burger!

  • All 3 events can be joined separately, but for people already interested in effective altruism, the after program with the launch of the Alt Protein Team is our opinion the most relevant!
